Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is for you to fall in love and be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

MAUD FRIZON has a 14- day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our returns centre for a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for MAUD FRIZON products not purchased from www.maudfrizon.com.
  • All Sale and discounted items (excluding promotional codes entered at checkout) are ineligible for refunds, and may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.


How to Return Your Purchase

  • Visit www.maudfrizon.com and log into your account to begin a return or exchange. If you don't have access to your account, please get in touch with us by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling us at the appropriate number for your region listed in the CONTACT US page.
  • Confirm that the ordered items and product packaging are free from wear and are in the original condition in which you received them.
  • Place the item(s) along with its original packaging in either the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
  • Close the box and tape it securely. Please make sure to include a copy of the original purchase invoice or other such document that allows us to identify the order that your return belongs to. Please note that without this document we will be unable to process any return or exchange.
  • Ship the return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
  • Please send the package to:

  • Please note that the return fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the incorrect item is sent.
  • You may also choose to return the goods to one of our physical boutiques. In this case, please bring the goods you wish to return along with their original undamaged packaging to the store closest to you. Please also bring along a copy of the original purchase invoice or RMA/returns label issued to you by our Customer Service team. Refunds can be immediately processed for credit in-store, otherwise please allow 30 days for the refund to be issued to your original form of payment.



Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.


Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. If there are no issues with the condition of the returned item(s), the refund will include the standard delivery costs (if applicable) from MAUD FRIZON to you. Please allow 30 days from our receipt of your returned goods to the issuance of the refund.


Important Information

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags, seals and other miscellaneous components still attached.
  • Please take care when trying on our shoes – trying them on over a carpeted surface will reduce potential wear on the sole which is a typical reason why returns are rejected.
  • Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
  • Please make sure to return the product and product box/packaging inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.


Our Quality & Service Guarantee

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Likewise, if we have mistakenly sent you an item that you did not order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the incorrect item and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent as soon as possible.
